‘Basic Design’ is beginning of ship design, and deciding fundamental performance and
specification of the ship. Consequently, it is responsible for confirming these.
Therefore, meeting at initial stage and attendance at final stage are a part of job.
In recent year, by increasing such foreign client as mainland China, Taiwan, Indonesia and
Singapore, chance of business trip abroad is increasing accordingly.
‘Hull Structural Design’ is Design of hull structure, and establishing suitably strengthened
structure against every load on it. There are 2-stage of Key plan and Yard plan.
Key plans are designing whole structure, while yard plans are deciding details of hull
structure throughout based on Key plans. Every experience to see floating structure completed
is deeply impressed always. Just make sure supplementary, production drawings which are out
of scope for our DESIGN COMPANY are succeeding for construction of structure.
Hull Outfit Design is deciding and arranging suitably every equipment, instruments and
facilities except machinery and electric part. At completion, to see every equipment
functioned vivid makes us happy always.
Hull Piping Design is Design of piping for whole ship (except engine room). To satisfy
complicated piping arrangement designed suitably makes us same feeling to solve difficult puzzles
Machinery Design is a part of Basic Design by deciding main particulars of machinery part
including several fundamental calculations and by preparing arrangement of engine room,
then, as detail design of machinery part, several kinds of drawings of machinery part are
treated.
Electric Design is a part of Basic Design by deciding main particulars of electric part
including several fundamental calculations (powering table, etc.). then, as detail design of
electric part, several kinds of drawings of machinery part are treated.
